Your inbox, run by a hive.

Maia Hive puts AI agents on operational inboxes — claims, policies, scheduling, support. They read every email, do the work, and reply in the same thread. Six sealed cells keep it safe; every one is enforced in the platform, not stated in a policy.

No migration

The work arrives the way it always has — the email carries the work. No export, no upload project, no new software for your customers.

Sealed vault

Secrets are encrypted, write-only once saved, referenced by name, and decrypted only at the moment a step executes. Agents never see a password.

RCaps in rand

Hard monthly caps per team and company. Warned at 80%; at the cap, work is held, not billed, not dropped — and replays when you raise it.

The hive

Your agents, on your own mailbox and your own metered AI key — scoped to your company alone: teams, credentials, documents, billing.

❚❚Human gate

Any step can pause and ask a person by email; the reply resumes the same run, mid-flow. Routine work flows — judgment calls wait for your team.

Thread-locked

Agents reply only inside the thread that triggered them, from your mailbox, with strict turn-taking. No new conversations, ever.

Frozen & traced

Versions are immutable once published; every run records the one that ran, step by step, token by token, rand by rand. Failures alert your operators.

An actual run receipt 2 080 tok · R0.22 · saved ≈ R16.68 (13 min admin)

And this is the honey.

The yield, measured — one month of the live demo company, straight from its bill. Every rand of AI usage bought back thirteen rand of admin time.

Admin time returned

Computed per run from the steps that actually succeeded, at your configured hourly rate.

R1 724
Saved in June, net of AI cost

Printed on the same bill that charges you — the saving is a line item, not a promise.

R132.20
Total AI usage for the month

Metered in rand on the company's own key, at honest per-token prices, visible on every run.

Caps compare against invoice-rand — the number means what the bill says. At the cap, new work holds and replays; nothing is silently dropped.

Built by voice

Describe the workflow to Hanna, the built-in copilot — typed or spoken. Review every proposed step, dry-run it on a sample email, then publish.

Your team's portal

Live runs and traces for everyone; users, credentials, caps, and the bill for owners. Each role sees exactly what it's allowed to.

Models you choose

Each workflow names its model explicitly, pinned per published version. No silent substitutions — a model change is a new, reviewable version.

What the hive never does

We do not train on your email. We do not need your data handed over before we can start. We do not let an agent spend past the cap you set, and we never send a message your published workflow didn't define. The receipts are yours.
